КОНКУРС СТАРТОВАЛ в шестнадцатый раз15 ноября в 10 часов в Областной детско-юношеской библиотеке (ул. Буркова, 30) стартовал XVI Международный конкурс детской рукописной книги «Радужные страницы детства».

1.1. Конкурс стартует 15 ноября 2012 года в Мурманской областной детско-юношеской библиотеке (ГОБУК МОДЮБ).

1.2. В конкурсе могут участвовать учащиеся школ, учреждений начального профессионального образования, студенты среднего и высшего профессионального образования (до 21 года), семьи, творческие объединения, кружки, студии, библиотеки, авторские коллективы и коллективы авторов, детские центры творчества, детские художественные школы и школы искусств, иные детские организации на всех территориях Баренцева региона, России, других стран.

Дошкольники принимают участие только в специальной номинации.

1.3. На конкурс представляются: стихи, рассказы, сказки, очерки, путевые заметки с реальным или фантастическим сюжетом, легенды, предания, истории о жизни своей семьи, далеких и близких предков.

1.4. В конкурсе объявляются следующие номинации:

• Семейная книга (оранжевые страницы);
• Книжки пишет детский сад – про себя и про ребят (желтые страницы);
• Спасем природу вместе: к Году охраны окружающей среды в России (зеленые страницы);
• У каждого из нас есть город: к 75-летию образования Мурманской области (голубые страницы);
• Мой сильный маленький народ: коренные народы Кольского Севера (синие страницы);
• Создаем будущее вместе: к 20-летию сотрудничества в Баренцевом Евро-Арктическом регионе (фиолетовые страницы).

1.5. Вопросами организации и проведения конкурса занимается рабочая группа, формируемая из учредителей конкурса.

1.6. Конкурсная книга должна иметь формат не более А3, обложку, титульный лист, оглавление, содержать основные сведения об авторе, художнике-иллюстраторе (фамилия, имя, возраст, школа, класс, место проживания, контактные телефоны), быть безопасной для чтения.

2.1. Материалы на конкурс принимаются детскими библиотеками городов и районов и после предварительного этапа и отбора на местах передаются в научно-методический отдел Мурманской областной детско-юношеской библиотеки строго до 1 марта 2013 года.

2.2. Мастерство, оригинальность, качество оформления книг оценивает жюри, в состав которого включены представители учреждений-организаторов.

2.3. Подведение итогов конкурса состоится на Празднике юных писателей в большом зале областной филармонии в Мурманске 29 апреля 2013 года.

2.4. На праздник приглашаются победители конкурса в разных номинациях, группы поддержки.

2.5. Положение о конкурсе и приглашение на заключительный праздник в г. Мурманск являются основанием для направления участников на праздник в г. Мурманск.

2.6. Проезд участников на заключительный праздник в г. Мурманск, другие расходы осуществляет направляющая сторона.

2.7. Конкурсная книга передается в музей детской рукописной книги при Мурманской областной детско-юношеской библиотеке.

3.1. Победителям вручаются:

• Гран-при Губернатора Мурманской области;
• премия "Малый триумф";
• дипломы и подарки;
• приз зрительских симпатий (книга представит красную страницу).

3.2. Участники получают благодарственные письма.

3.3. Награждение остальных участников конкурса проходит в центральных детских библиотеках города и области после проведения праздника юных писателей.

1.1. The contest starts on the 15th of November 2012 in the Murmansk Regional Children and Youth’s library.

1.2. Pupils and students (up to 21), families, creative associations, study groups, studios, libraries, author’s collectives and collectives of authors, children’s creativity centers, children’s art schools, children’s schools of art and other children’s organizations all over the territories of the Barents region and the other countries can participate in the contest.

Preschoolers can participate only in special nomination.

1.3. The contest is presented by: poems, stories, fairy-tales, essays, travelers’ notes, true or fantastic stories, legends, tales, and stories about the life of your family, your close and distant ancestors.

1.4. The following nominations appear in competition:

• Family book;
• The kindergarten writes the books about itself and children;
• Let’s save nature together (to the Year of the environmental protection);
• My strong little nation (native people of Kola Peninsula);
• My favorite city;
• We create our future together (to 20 years of the cooperation in the Barents Euro-Arctic region).

1.5. The working group formed of the founders of the contest solves the problems of organizing and carrying out the contest.

1.6. A competitive book must have size no more than A3 and include a cover, a title page, the content, the main information about the author and illustrator (surname, name, age, school, grade, city and country). It should be secure for reading.

2.1. Materials will be accepted by children’s libraries from cities, towns and districts and passed to the scientific and methodic department of the Murmansk Regional Children and Youth’s library until the 1st of March 2013 after they have been looked through and selected at the local level.

2.2. Professional skills, originality, the quality of design are appreciated by the jury which consists of the representatives of the organizers.

2.3. Summing up results of the contest will take place in Murmansk on the 29th of April 2013 at the Young Writers’ Festival at the Murmansk Regional Philharmonic.

2.4. Only winners of the contest in different nominations and their supporters are invited to the festival.

2.5. The Statement of the Contest and the Invitation for the Final Festival in Murmansk are the ground for sending participants to the Festival in Murmansk.

2.6. The sending side covers participants’ journey to Murmansk for the Final Festival and other expenses.

2.7. A competitive book is given to the Museum of Children’s Handwritten book, which is based in the Murmansk Regional Children and Youth’s library.

3.1. The winners are awarded by:

• The Grand -Prize of Murmansk region Governor;
• Prize "The Small Triumph";
• Diplomas and prizes from the prize fund of each founder;
• Audience Choice Award.

3.2. Participants are awarded by letters of thanks.

3.3. Other participants’ awarding takes place in Central children’s libraries of towns and regions after the Young Writers’ Festival had been carried out.
